By renting a dumpster from Bright Roll Off, the customer agrees to provide safe and legal access to the delivery location, obtain any required permits, and use the dumpster only for approved materials. The customer is responsible for selecting the correct dumpster size, protecting driveways and surrounding property, and ensuring the container is not moved, overloaded, or filled above the marked fill line. Prohibited items may include hazardous chemicals, batteries, tires, paint, asbestos, medical waste, flammable materials, and other restricted materials. Additional charges may apply for overweight loads, prohibited items, blocked access, extended rental periods, failed pickup attempts, or damage caused during the rental.

The customer accepts responsibility for the dumpster and its contents from delivery until pickup. Bright Roll Off is not responsible for damage to driveways, pavement, landscaping, underground utilities, or other property when the customer chooses the placement location.
